Shipping & Handling Warehouse Locations
eBuysmart has partnered with several reputable suppliers across the country that can drop ship items as well to our customers. Most of our shipments would come from the warehouse in Arizona.

Shipping Options
We use UPS for our shipments to customers. We have several shipping options based on time needed for delivery:
Ground – delivery in approximately 3 to 10 business days after shipment

Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered, and also the locations they are shipping from. The shipping cost is quoted along with delivery options during the checkout process. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not inflate the cost of shipping. Our UPS rates are based from data feed coming from the UPS server.

Handling Fee
Our suppliers require a handling fee of $3.00 per shipment location, not per quantity ordered. This is necessary to cover the costs of packing, invoicing, preparation and handling of your order. We are not charging our customers a handling fee at this time, but we might pass this overhead to the customers in the future as the need arises. Inspite of this we still have reasonable prices.

Free Shipping
There are items that qualify for free shipping. It would be marked as free shipping with this image attached to the product image:

Orders on Weekends
We do not ship weekends and do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery
If your order after 4.:00 PM EST Friday or on Saturday and Sunday, your order will be processed on Monday.

All packages require a signature
We ship only to all USA states, except Hawaii. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands
We do not deliver to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
We do not deliver to International locations, Private mail boxing locations, Hotels/Motels and Trade Shows/Conventions.

Shipment of Plasma / LCD Televisions
The shipment of Plasma/LCD televisions require special treatment and handling for safe delivery due to the size, weight and sensitivity of the products. Therefore, these shipments are made with a delivery company specifically trained in the handling of these goods. After an order leaves our warehouse, the delivery company will contact you and establish a convenient time for delivery of the item, usually within 5-7 business days of shipment. Please note that product set-up is not included, and shipment weight in our shopping cart may reflect the dimensional product weight for shipment calculations.
